I had a thought that it might be a good idea to start an English speaking library. Obviously this would not be for profit but i wanted to know if there would be interest in it.
A small fee could be charged for deposit and than for monthly membership and that way it wouldnt matter if the person was here for one month or 10 years.
The major expense would be the rental of the place.
Thoughts?
 
From what I know, ICANA (an English teaching institute) has a library with material in English (books, magazines, videos, music, etc.). Check it out. I think it´s called the Lincoln Library. Good luck
