For those of you translators, I know that ESPM has been hiring, even if in Argentina they have a very small staff. I don't know if this might help specially since I feel that many of you don't speak the language. I am not any management guru nor do I have any answer but my first recommendation would be to learn spanish.
Also, this is not the USA, many or I would even dare to say almost all hirings in Argentina are the result of what we call "de boca en boca" (la prima de mi amiga de la vecina) so try to meet people, network, or get a job for free. At least you social circle will have grown. And that's a start.
