¿"El Pais" is not a newspaper from a country which is in serious problems because of a construction bubble? ¿Like 20% unemployment, or more?

If it is in "La Nacion", it is bad for Argentina.

Yes, el Pais is from Spain, where a restaurant meal is better and cheaper than in Buenos Aires, and where the unemployed have excellent State benefits.
