Expenses in Argentina

Can someone give me a ballpark idea of what monthly expenses would be living in a small village or city like Viedma or Punta Alta, minus housing costs? How much is water, electricity, phone, and Internet? What would I expect to pay for full coverage car insurance? What would an average monthly grocery bill be like? Thanks.

I live about 8KM from the center of Punta Alta.

The bottom line:

Eighteen months ago my monthly cost of living was $165USD. Today it's well over $500USD and I expect it to be closer to (if not over) $600USD by the end of the year.

PS: my cost of living does not include a private health care plan. I pay for several exams each year which are required to renew my driver's licence.
