Expert For Fitting My Extractor

I am looking for a mechanic, who fits extractors ( chimneys) in kitchens, for a living.

Just bought a new extractor. And got it fitted by building elec., who is a v good worker. But the extractor is not fitted properly. Its making one helluva noise - in fact different noises at different times and vibrating like crazy. Sometimes its extracting like crazy and some times doing nothing.

Its brand new.

Any suggestions?

Further to my message above - it seems I did a mistake by buying on mercado libre.

The extractor they gave me is with a broken motor. I installed it after 1 week. And found the motor is broken or starnge after the first use. They now refuse to change it and that I must go to the makers and apply for replacement under guarantee rather than them changing and giving me a new one which is the right way.

Any suggestions?
