Yesterday I found a place that does eyelash and eyebrow tinting.
It´s a hair dressing salon downstairs and waxing (¿) upstairs.
It´s called

It cost about $160 pesos. They use the proper eyelash tint and with my poor spanish and her non existant English it all worked out well.
The lady who did it was named Berny and she was good.
