Finding an apartment?

Does anyone know if its possible to rent an apartment for six months? Any advice on how to go about it? I'm hoping to find an apartment in Belgrano or Recoleta.

I've heard rental leases are only for three years. Is that by law? Or the landlord's discretion?

Howdy Ben,

There's a ton of apartment rent info on this forum that I would recommend searching through. But for a term as short as 6 months, you are going to be looking for furnished apartments. With the dollar flat you are probably better off getting a rental priced in USD. Have you checked AirBnB?
