Finding rural properties

Any tips on finding rural properties?

We're looking for somewhere on Costa Atlantica but all the websites I'm finding you have to search by city. Likewise searches in Detodo are only turning up city properties.

We're looking to rent at first a small house with a garden to see if we like it first. I like to surf so I'm interested in the area south of Mar Del Plata.

Any tips? Other than driving round looking, which in time we will do.

I spent January this year in Mar de Ajo, Nueva Atlantis, Pinamar, Gessell and Mar de las Pampas; so that would be the stretch in between Mar del Plata and the estuary of the Rio de la Plata. I did some research (just to compare with Uruguay) and found out interesting values.
The gaucho that rented us two fantastic horses to ride on the beach was also the main Realtor of Nueva Atlantis (suburb south of Mar de Ajo). 10 to 15 usd to own a beachfront, literally first row, plot of land (400 or 600sq m) maybe with some improvements. Compare that with Pinamar where any lot costs 45,000 and is far from the beach, or Mar de las Pampas (=).

was lucky enough fly 20 mins alongside this absolute crazy acrobatics pilot. A veteran from the War of 82 it seems.

I flew a Cessna 152 from aerodromo gral madariaga (20 mins car from Pinamar, 5 mins flying), and I gotta say found it by chance, made the arrangements on the spot and they didn't even check my ID. Tried again in Uruguay but it's seems I should continue here in B.A.

If someone wants to look around for flight schools with me, or take a little trip to mendoza or cordoba for that specific purpose, that'd be cool!

Wanna attach a camera to the landing gear and do something like this but in the wonderful expanses of this continent.

Getting back to the original question:

You can search the entire country as well as individual provinces (without specifying a city) on the VivAvisos website. There are properties for sale and rent by owners as well as agencies.

If you are interested in rural property, the keyword to search is "quinta" (a "country house" usually located outside of the cities and towns).

Here are the results of a search I just made for quintas in Prov. Bs. As. on the VivAvisos site:
