I rent for short periods (min 1 month, max 3 months) my cozy flat downtown, (45 mts, suitable for one single person), a few meters far from central Florida St. and Plaza San Martin. One big open space, big bathroom and separate kitchen; sunny windows, on the corner of 2 central streets (4th floor). Complete furniture, TV, PC, heat & cold air conditioning, bed and bath clothes.
