Flights to Bogota

Are Argentines able to travel internationally for tourism right now? (To countries that are open to them obviously) For instance, are Argentines allowed to travel to Colombia or Chile without any special residence?

Interesting. Flights were only 400USD a few weeks ago, and cheaper to Cartagenta. You sometimes can book Avianca flights though United's website and possibly get a slighty better fare with more flexibility.

Colombia is allowing everyone in, but it's also having a surge in cases, and Medellin is about the return to full lockdown. Chile requires a negative test, I believe.
