There was a car in the deepest part of my street which all you could see were the switched on headlights underwater like a submarine. It looked like something out of a film.
Great video. It was taken at the corner of Luis Maria Campos and Dorrego, wasn't it? I recognized the church. That railroad underpass floods every time it rains.
