What's the cheapest way for me to fly within the country?

I read an article discussing how I might get the Argentine fares (http://www.gringoinbuenosaires.com/hacking-argentine-air-travel/) -- anyone tried this recently and/or know if it's legit? Also, Orbitz is giving me the same fare without mentioning the residency requirement. Can I rely on that at all?

Trying to fly to Rio Gallegos 1-way on/around December 21.

Worst case scenario you are going to get charged to difference. Is it morally correct....

I did it with LAN last weekend. I spent a few weeks feeling pretty nervous lol

I booked online (you select Argentina as your country), had only carry on luggage. Did a web check in BOTH ways and printed out the boarding pass at the internet cafe downstairs from my apartment. I walked straight to the gate, and boarded my plane. No problems at all. Very easy.

I would recommend this tactic to everyone... I don't think it's right to charge a different price for locals and tourists. I'm sure there is a reasonable reason for doing so, but as long as they have a way for me to get around it... i'm going to do it.
