Foriegners must pay in advance in public hospitals?

and also, i should add in shameless as well.
WTF are you talking about? As I understand it, if you fall over in the street, or have a traffic accident, and an ambulance is called, you will be taken to the nearest public hospital. Where you will be stabilized, and then you can negotiate with your insurance company to get private care.

It’s in all our interests to have good public hospitals.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a set of posts as clueless, or as shameless, as yours

Then keep using public healthcare in Argentina for yourself. You might as well send ur kids to public schools here and set them up for failure as well. Clueless? Maybe ppl like you who will realize later in life how bad the healthcare is here and run away to their home country to get treated.

Maybe also explain how foreigners with money like us using public healthcare is any good for Argentines here when their system is already as strained as it is? Maybe ur too shameless to admit to freeloading.

  1. You don't know the financial siutation of foreigners here
  2. You don't know if there is any freeloading. If a foreigner pays taxes, then they should be entitled to services delivered from those taxes. Otherwise it is argentines who are freeloading off of foreigners.

I’d leave his post twisting in the wind for a while. Nothing like being an idiot and leaving it all hang out for a bit.

1- which goes back to my original point that people shouldn't use public healthcare here unless they're poor, stingy or shameless.

2. i don't agree with that at all. it's their country. Also, let's be real here. Anyone that has money to spare in Argentina uses private healthcare.

i love it when idiots call me an idiot. maybe use logic to explain why you're right and why you draining public healthcare resources of argentina is a net positive instead of calling me an idiot? dumbass poor

1. Wonder what you meant by People, legal immigrants from Mercosur countries most likely are poor not stingy or shameless. Perhaps you meant foreigners paid in Dollars etc.

2. What you are saying is like denying public healthcare to immigrants in the US. even temporary foreign workers have access to public healthcare in California, Immigrants are here to start a new life .

1- no , I meant everyone with means.
2. not really. my point is that public healthcare in Argentina is so crap and pathetic that if you have any means, you better be using private for your own health (but let's face it, private healthcare in argentina is also kinda crap vs 1st world countries or countries like thailand, but at least it's adequate.)

Have to agree, In Argentina, most people that have the means, use the private healthcare System.
