French Customer Care and Techinal Support Agents
For our 24/7/365 contact center in Buenos Aires, Argentina, 5CA is continuously looking for German Technical Support & Customer Agents to provide support for various well-known international technology companies.
Tasks:
-To provide Customer Care services to customers e-mail and/or web chat, providing a satisfactory solution to the customer’s inquiry and to exceed his/her expectations in doing this
-To work closely together with Team Leaders, Quality Leads and Trainers in order to continuously keep your knowledge up-to-date and to provide the service according to 5CA’s clients’ requirements
Position requirements:
-You are a native/Advanced French speaker, and next to that speak English or Spanish fluently
-You live in Buenos Aires or are willing to move there for at least one year
-You have experience working with computers and technology products
-You have strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
-You are a quick learner – open to learn more about new technologies and products
-Preferably you have experience in a Customer Service environment, Call Center or an international business setting.
