I saw some in a sports shop on Corrientes last night. I didn't pay attention to the address, but it was a few blocks before El Bajo where the Ave starts on the right side of the street heading towards Puerto Madero.

They have a big selection of exercise equipment including exercise tubing, therabands, free weights, and so on, in the exercise equipment shop at Santa Fe 4901, which is at the intersection of Santa Fe and Av Luis Campo. It's about 2 blocks from Palermo subte station.
