Furnished 2BR w/ Dependencia in Las Cañitas

We're moving out of our current apartment in order to downsize, so I wanted to post some details about it in case anyone's looking. It's a 2BR/1.5 Bath with a dependencia in the Las Cañitas area of Palermo and comes fully furnished (see below for a photo of the living room). The landlady is really great, she's always been quick to fix things. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, and is close to transit. If anyone is interested, I can send the contact details. (I don't want to post her contact directly on this post for her privacy, of course.)

She might not have decided the price yet, it wasn't in the PDF she sent me and it doesn't look like she's hired a realtor to post it on Zonaprop yet. Posting my current rent feels a little too private for a public website, but if someone is interested in contacting her we can discuss that privately. The flyer does say "contrato permanente", but I would guess she would be open to anything more than a month or two -- I think she just doesn't want to be constantly turning the unit over like an AirBnB.
