Furnished PH in Palermo Hollywood. August to June.

Hi, I'm Hernan and I'm going to the US for a Fulbright scholarship for 10 months. It is a furnished 3 bedrooms PH (one dormitory, one living and one workings space upstairs), with a "patio" and a long balcony in the terrace (the terrace can not be completely used). The price would be 620 usd per month (it is actually what I pay). No expenses.

How many square meters is the PH?

Almost 60m2 covered. The patio's opened size is 15m2. And then the "balcony". All together, it would be around 80m2
