Geckos

I have seen these on the outside of my apartment building, sometimes clinging to the glass. The ones I have seen look very much like the alligator lizards of my native San Diego County, but with a suction cup on the end of each toe, rather than a claw. The biggest I have seen was about 5" without the tail, and the smallest was barely an inch overall.
