For our 24/7/365 contact center in Buenos Aires, Argentina, 5CA is continuously looking for multilingual Customer Care Agents.
Tasks:
- To provide Technical Support to customers (consumers and businesses) by telephone, e-mail and/or web chat, providing a satisfactory solution to the customer’s inquiry and to exceed his/her expectations in doing this
- To work closely together with Team Leaders, Quality Leads and Trainers in order to continuously keep your knowledge up-to-date and to provide the service according to 5CA’s clients’ requirements
Position requirements:
- You speak French or German in a (near-)native level
- You live in Buenos Aires or are willing to move there for at least one year
- You have experience working with computers and technology products
- You have strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- You are a quick learner - open to learn more about new technologies and products
- You have demonstrated customer service orientation and a track record of commitment to quality in previous jobs
- Preferably you have experience in a Customer Service environment, Call Center or an international business setting
