Blue Lynx is currently looking for a Technical Support Representative
Dutch/German/Italian/Frencj to relocate to Buenos Aires, Argentina for the
duration of at least 1 year, where you will be joining an already existing team
of multilingual employees.

Our client is an international outsourcing provider across a variety of products
and services, such as wireless technologies, consumer electronics and games.

Job Profile of the Technical Support Representative:

The Technical Support Representative receives calls from customers (mainly
end-users) of technical products worldwide and provides them with technical
support regarding hardware and software, consumer electronics, gaming and
networking-related issues.

Your main responsibility as Technical Support will be to:

· Provide a satisfactory solution to the customer with their technical
questions, always trying to exceed the customer's expectations.

· Provide the best customer service in all possible aspects.

· Cover the assigned line with the utmost sense of responsibility.

Candidate Profile of the Technical Support Representative:

· Must be native Dutch/German /French /Italian with an excellent command
of English (written and verbal).

· Have a strong interest in technology.

· Be prepared to work shifts, including night hours (due to the time
difference between Argentina and Europe).

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Ability to learn quickly.

· Energetic with a service-oriented personality.

· Ability to manage critical situations.

· Strong problem solving skills.

· Result orientated.

· Team player.

What we can offer you:

· In house training and technical training will be provided.

· Salary above Argentinean average wage within the shared service

o Annual salary of 7,000 EUR (approximate conversion from Argentine currency)
with package benefits;

o Total remuneration includes: taxi service during night hours, one meal at
the workplace, Spanish classes and your initial flight reimbursed (over 2

· Initial first 2 weeks of housing in a hostel paid by the company, plus
assistance from their HR personnel to find accommodation for the rest of the
