Just thought I'd ask around before I starting digging into it. Has anyone applied for a Brazilian tourist visa from a consulate other than Buenos Aires? I'm in Bahia Blanca and would like to apply at the consulate here, but they don't have a website or any information about this on the web. Sharing of any experiences would be great (do you need an appointment, is the process the same as in BsAs), thanks!
