Getting Real Estate Sale Money Out Of The Country Legally?

I have flown with much more than U$25,000 and gotten through. The problem was always getting OUT of Argentina with the cash. As far as I know that is still the hurdle.

Not option I would normally choose, but it (was) impossible to get money out otherwise.

However, I found some stuff that might save me, and maybe help someone else too. On this website: http://www.presupuestofamiliar.com.ar/como-hacer-pagos-y-recibir-dinero-del-exterior-febrero-2016/ they are claiming, that since 5th of February 2016 you can send money without changing it to pesos (and also receive). This is, if you have bank account here, presumably in dollars.

Now, I'm not fluent in Spanish and less with financial language, but it seems that this might solve my problem. I was visiting banks in January and didn't even think, that things might change so drastically.

Anyway, if someone can decipher these more thorough I would appreciate, I will also post my findings on the topic.

If what I think is truth, it might save us a lot of headache in the future. Viva macri!

The usual way to do it wiil be..

Pay someone here and then someone pays you whereever u want.

Obviously it has costs but its the most simple way.

I don't find it simple at all. First you have to find someone willing to do that, then you have to trust enough to give money, and at the end you pay the same % as if you send via bank transfer.

And as I said, there were changes lately and looks that we will soon be able to send dollars direct, for a fee below 1% out of Argentina, without loosing with change to pesos. For Argentina this would be quite a step forward, anyway, first I need confirmation this is true.
