For any of you wondering whether the newborn children of non resident tourists, coming over to Argentina to give birth, are safe from forced vaccination under draconian Argentinian law 27,491, the short answer is NO.

After 6 different private hospitals gave me no or evasive answers, I've took it upon myself to directly consult the government about this.

Ley 27,491 specifically states, under article 1º: b) Obligatoriedad para los habitantes de aplicarse las vacunas

One might logically think non-residents would be safe from its provisions. Except it seems the ministry of disease, has a curious definition of habitant, which includes ANYONE in the territory regardless of immigration status (see attachment).

Also notice that vaccination is not only mandatory, but FORCEFULLY ADMINISTERED AT BIRTH by solert hospital administrators.
Locals in non compliance with the intrusive and extensive vaccination calendar find it impossible to obtain identity documents and certificates from local government offices. Not even China goes so far in their fanatical loyalty to the pharmaceutical lobby.

So yeah, for those of you who care about basic human rights and medical freedom, and want to give birth abroad, unluckily Argentina is not for you. What a sad state of affairs.

Howdy Rollix,

I'm not sure what you expected here. It's my understanding that, regardless of your non-resident status, a child born in Argentina is conferred citizenship and, being a citizen, would fall under the laws of governance voted by the citizenry of this country. If those laws value the application of vaccines at birth then so be it. If you would like to avoid this, then I would recommend giving birth in another country.

Personally, I was born in Copenhagen. I never received any vaccinations as a child due to my parents religious beliefs. Perhaps you should give Denmark a call.

It's a great thing means my children will be protected from diseases which used to kill millions but are sadly making a comeback through decreased vaccine uptake.

Just expected basic human rights. Nuremberg code point 1 rings any bell?

Also, citizenship does not imply residency, a resident/inhabitant is typically defined as such after living more than 183 days per year, and/or after formally obtaining a local ID.

By the interpretation the ministry gave in the letter I've received, anyone who set foot in argentina is automatically an inhabitant, and could therefore be forcibly medicated. This is obviously ridiculous and shows the lack of rule of law in the country, especially when there is to serve the interest of north american lobbies, rather than the one of the locals.

Also denying ID and departure travel documents to whoever doesn't want to poison himself or his childrens? Freedom of movement anyone?

For what regards alternatives yes, the north (pricey), south and central americas are full of options for the newborns, but not for the parents (unless permanent residency is enough). Argentina is nearly the only one that allows the parents to file a petition for citizenship for themselves without the 2 years waiting period.

Anyways, guess i'll keep my money and do nothing. I don't want to end up like this:

Or maybe I should look up how much it is to give birth in the Falklands. I've heard they still have human rights there 🤣🤣🤣

Jokes apart. All Argentines should be rabid at the government about this. It's all beyond ridiculous.

Not really. They usually wait until the mortality rate of a disease reach nearly zero before starting with mass vaccination. This is done to steal the merit, rinse and repeat. A scalable neverending business.

Cross reference historic mortality charts for specific diseases to the year they started mass vaccinations, and you will see what I mean.

Mortality in the past decreased because of gas, water, refrigeration, cooking stoves, heating and toilets becoming available. Surely not because of fancy injections laden with heavy metals and formaldehyde, which instead are proven to make autism, cancer and autoimmune disease skyrocket.

50% of the population in most countries gets cancer at some point in their life. More than ever before. This involves plenty of $$$ that the goverment will pay to big pharma. Healthy patients do not make much money to the mob.

There you have it. Motive, Incentive, Scalability. They don't care about your health. We're all just human minerals to be mined to them.
As if what happened between 2020-2023 wasn't enough of a wake up call.

OK Rollix, I guess you've never heard of Occam and his Razor.

I am sure most will just do what daddy gov will tell them without digging on the matter. This is no surprise unfortunately.

The purpose of the thread however is, despite all personal opinions, to let people who may not know about the local situation in Argentina, to understand what they're getting into before is too late. Everyone deserves a choice.

Truth does not fear investigation.
