This isn't surprising for anyone who works in IT. While I never worked with/for them, I've heard all the horror stories from coworkers and acquaintances who have. Imagine a Silicon Valley company run by Argentines with all the negative stereotypes of a Darin movie and it's exactly what it is/was.
The reason they're really suffering now is that in addition to spending/hiring too fast (like many startups/tech companies), they pay poorly, and the dolar planchado has made it even worse than normal since their business model is basically Uber for IT and they won't increase salaries in line with lost purchasing power (at least here in Argentina).
I feel bad for anyone still working for them, but the general consensus in the Argentine tech community that I'm a part of is good riddance to a bunch of parasites, and many people are hoping they collapse as it will result in something (hopefully) better replacing them.
