good burger?

Can anyone recommend a place in the Palermo Viejo area that will deliver a good burger? I've tried one nearby restaurant, but they use those pre-made burger patties - im looking for freshly made burgers!

878 bar on Thames makes freshly prepared burgers. I normally just go to the local butchers though where they sell freshly made burgers and then cook them at home - they're delicious.
Try the butcher on Cordoba and Uriarte.
