Good Butcher and Granja Near Hollywood?

We went today and the butcher and Bubi are just a few storefronts apart.

Thanks for these very helpful tips, we got some good things at both.

Is the Belgrano market fully open after the renovation?

I knew that I had seen a guy unloading a side of beef when I came out of an apartment building first thing in the morning just a few doors down. ("Walk of shame"? I don't think so, more like "Walk of Game"!*) I didn't feel like it was further down the block.

*Actually it was my ex's apartment, so I did the walk many times. Some of Game, some of Fame, some of Blame, but none of Lame. :p
 
The Mercado is open now from 8:00 to 8:00 Monday -Saturday. A few of the stalls are still being worked on (light stuff like painting), but they all have renters. It really looks amazing now
