I am hoping to find a good, bi-lingual property manager for my rental properties in
Capital Federal. I know what a good property manager should do, but this guy,
though popular, does not look out for my interests. If possible, I prefer some
one who`s a licensed real estate agent. Thanks !

Thanks to those who sent me messages. I realize most property managers are not good
in most places. But I am puzzled why licensed realtors who are property managers are
so nonchalant about pleasing clients. Most don`t seem concerned about potential
commissions when the property is sold in future.

I've sent people to Max Gotz and gotten nothing but gratitude and positive commentary.

Thanks for taking the time to let me know. His perfect rating of over 300 Google reviews is quite amazing.
I met Max when he was property manager for an apartment I rented several years ago. He speaks perfect English and operates like an American property manager. Whenever there was a problem, he was on it immediately - usually resolved that same day. He was honest and fair in all our dealings.
