The "Dólar Solidario/Dólar Dólar Ahorro", infamously difficult to achieve authorization to purchase, has essentially disappeared from existence as it's value will be unified with the "Dólar Tarjeta" come tomorrow.

What does it mean for people in the real world? Those who were previously lucky enough to be able to purchase up to $200 USD/month for savings, after passing a laundry list of requirements to be able to do so will now pay the same rate as those who make purchases with the debit/credit cards, which I'm guessing will impact demand, and in turn supply, as the Dólar Tarjeta lets you buy up to $300/month before the "Qatar" tax is implemented, and it would make a lot more sense to just buy dollars digitally with your AR card and send them abroad for safe keeping.

CCL hit $546 on Friday, let's see where this devaluation by any other name takes things tomorrow.
