I am leaving Buenos Aires next week. I have a guitar for sale that I bought about 8 months ago. I paid about 720 pesos for it and a tuner (and the usual cheapy bag they give). It's not one of the crappy basic ones - it has a decent sound from it. I'd be willing to sell it for 420 with the tuner included.
