Elementary, a tostado has 4 triangles 1/2 tostado has only 2. Obvious

Obvious that meat and cheese stuffed between two slices of bread (constituting a complete sandwich) is half of something!?

I have an english friend who insists ice cream on top of a slice of pie is "pudding".

In terms of sandwiches, though, I tend to skip the "medio" and go straight for the "triple".
