handyman or company to fix persianas.

both of the persianas in my apartment are broken. one needs a new reductor, and the other, just some minor tweaking. anyone know of someone who can fix these for me? or a good company to go with? my spanish is lousy, so it's difficult for me to just call up someone and explain what's wrong. help?
