I am pasting below the full text of the article he linked to. Someone please enlighten me as to where anything is written regarding stopping the vote count. As if the executive branch is even able to do that: the Camara Nacional Electoral is part of the judicial branch, not the executive. Not even mentioning if someone even did want to try such a thing, the slightest attempt to influence the vote count would have set off every alarm in the book (and rightly so). Moreover when that attempt was made in what is considered solidly K country.

This is by no means the first time that one side declared victory based on preliminary results. There have certainly been wrong results called before, particularly when the race was close. And the race here was beyond close. That is exactly what hurt here.

So when CFK won - by the skin of her teeth - an election which (as I linked amply to above) she was projected to win by a large margin, that stings. The election is a primary election anyways, which means that the difference between the polls and the actual result means much more than who actually won by said infinitesimal margin.

What to do? The usual: cry "Fraud!" and hope somebody just swallows it without checking. And when called out on it, follow up with further accusations, as inflammatory as they are baseless. Where have I seen this movie before?
