Hard to find tickets for Argentina vs Peru after Oct 7?

Will this game be hard to get tickets for? Is it likely that the Boca Juniors vs. Racing game will sell out?

The agency is offering tickets + transport + guide for USD$80, which seems a bit high. I'm willing to go through an agency if necessary to get the FIFA qualifier tickets, because that game seems to be highly sought after. But for the Boca vs. Racing game I might just want to try to get tickets that day, what would you recommend? Thanks for your help.
 
I would not recommend buying tickets the day of the game for Boca - River ... big rip off waiting to happen ... people definitely do it though.

My same friend that has the tickets for Arg-Peru has Boca-River "Popular" for 180 pesos.
