Has anybody used this site to find temp apts?

My parents are coming to visit me for 3 weeks and I'm wondering if anybody has used this site before?

If not, can someone recommend a good site/person to use that doesn't have inflated prices and can suggest a safe place for them to stay. They are both in their mid 60's.

airbnb... despite the recent headlines, which could obviously happen via any online booking system. Really easy to find places on there.

I liked airbnb. I stayed in Boedo when I first came here in April through AirBNB and had no problems. This was the room, and Egle was super cool and speaks English, too if you don't speak Spanish: http://www.airbnb.com/rooms/83035
If they're into tango, Boedo is good cuz it's safe, and it has the Pan y Arte cafe and Cafe Margot.
