Hi everyone, I’m Irish and married to a perm resident soon to be citizen. The length of my overstay almost 2 years. I’m Just wondering what the process was like for you (specifically after DNU 366 2025). I have quite a few questions-
1 How forgiving were migraciones of the overstay and how long was it
2 What was the fine?
3 Did you have to appeal?
4 Did they do a home visit to prove your relationship is real?
5 what did they ask at the appointment?
6 How soon did they decide your residence?
7 did they ask about finances/tax
