Just wanted to put this out there in case I can find a dueño direct through here (or inmob is fine too)... I'm on Zonaprop and Argenprop every day.
We're taking it to the next level and signing a 2-yr lease!! One-year contract would be fine too.
Furnished is great, unfurnished is fine.
Min 2 ambientes (must have a door that separates the rooms). Would love a PH perhaps.
Really impt to have a balcony but if other features can make up for not having one, we'd consider it.
Price Range: 2500-5000 pesos/month.
Areas: Nuñez, Saavedra, Belgrano, Las Cañitas, Colegiales, Palermo. Would consider Chacarita if it's on or near the border with Colegiales.
