I have been coming to BA since about 2003 . So it was after the correllito a great time to discover BA.It was a great time to been in BA,prices were amazing, few tourists and people were really interested to know you as you were a bit of a novelty.
Wow 10 years later i still keep coming ,none of the above is true.but I dont know of another major cosmopolitan city that is still relatively inexpensive and safe.
If anyone has ideas of other good cities for American with dollars , I would love to hear.
