I am spending far too much time trying to solve some tech issues. I'm wondering if there is anyone in this group who can meet with me (IRL) and share some advice. Or whether anyone can recommend someone to help. I'm happy to pay a (reasonable) fee if these problems can be fixed. Here are the problems:

1) I have an iPhone 13 Pro, which has two eSIMs. One, designated my primary SIM, is 1-917-335-6962, which is my US telephone number. The other, designated as my secondary SIM, is 54 9 11 2789 8214, which is my Argentine telephone number.

The US account service provider is Visible. The Argentine account service provider is Claro. Both are designated as "on" on my iPhone under the Cellular section. The secondary account is designated for Cellular Data.

Initially, I could recharge my Claro account using the Claro Recarga app on my iPhone. Now, when I start the recharging process, the app says it sends a code to my phone to validate that it is me. But I am unable to receive the code. When I get a text from Claro on my iPhone, I am able to click on it, enter my Argentine phone number, and be taken to a site where I can choose my Claro recharge amount. But then when I go to the page to pay and click the option for my credit card number, I get a message that says "Esta cuenta no se encuentra habilitada." It says that if I want to pay by credit card I must call Claro at *611 or call 0800-123-0611. Unfortunately, I don't speak Spanish well enough to interact with an agent over the phone. I went to the Claro office at Alto Palermo and they told me they couldn't help me and that my only option was to go to Farmacity and give them cash to recharge the account.

My questions:

a) How do I reactive the ability to recharge my account on my iPhone?

b) How do I enable my iPhone to accept text messages from my Argentine number?

2) I have a GoDaddy account through which I have obtained two email addresses, one url for my business website, and hosting for the business website. Now GoDaddy wants me to renew the email addresses and the url and is charging much more than before. I want to port my GoDaddy email addresses to another service and also move my website to a cheaper hosting service. Does anyone know how to do that?

3) I continually get popup messages on my Macbook saying "Exchange Password Required. Enter your password for 'hank' in Internet Accounts" and "Exchange Password Required. Enter your password for 'henry' in Internet Accounts". I click on the message "continue" and it takes me a page that says "enter the password for the account", but the page never actually launches or opens.

My questions:

a) Most important is how do I stop using Microsoft Exchange?

b) In the meantime, how do I enter the required passwords?

For tech / science questions I use Google Gemini and save hours of time. As long as the query is formulated concisely, Gemini has provided excellent results and suggestions. Good luck.

Thanks, Richard! I will try that

Hank, re: moving from go daddy to another hosting service, whoever you are going with should give you the instructions how to migrate your website, emails, domain name etc....

Not free, but Claude beats everything if it comes to coding or tech related issues

Claude.ai; if it comes to coding or technical challenges it’s by far and i mean by far Supreme to any AI. It understands the concept. A nice tool is to use an API key and have it local. It costs $20 p/m

Hank, Google Gemini is an amazing tool. I would not ask it for dating advice but it has provided solutions that I did not expect like determining transport operators along Wilson lines. It has saved me countless hours rummaging around the internet. While I use Grok for public data research + Bayesian analysis, Gemini is the initial go-to for pure tech / pure science. And it doesn't cost a cent. Good luck.
