hahaha well I guess we all like meat and las milanesas are a good alternative.
they're basically meat (or soya) fried with egg and breadcrumbs.
I prefer the milanesas that are made out of chicken, which are called "Supremas"
supremas de pollo, not the regular red meat milanesas.

Did you notice how people are generally adverse to smells here? For example, I have had students that nearly freaked out about the smell of mandarin oranges and oranges.
