High End Knife Store.

I desperately need to replace one of my well loved instruments of kitchen destruction since it appears not to have survived the journey.

I'm looking for a 12" Wusthof chefs knife from either their Classic or Grand Prix line.

I know it will probably be expensive....

There is a chef's store on Scalabrini Ortiz within a couple of blocks of Costa Rica on the side of the street closest to the river. They had high end knives. Also a good store on the main street in Chinatown. T/
