Looks very nice and while it’s NoMB, .... who’s going to rent a place with no furniture?
Is this a BYOF kinda place???

As they've just finished refurbishing I think they're testing the BYOF market first but would also be prepared to furnish if that's what's asked for.

Great place! I think renting it furnished would open it up to more expats/semi-long term but not staying forever types of prospective renters who can afford this type of property rental.
