How long does the Oil lasts, 20 liters for me would suffice for 40 months ....!

Last time I bought 6 x 2lt bottles and we've run out 3 months before the fair - panic.

For us (2 adults) 15-20 lt should last 1 year, but we eat vegan at home so we use olive oil daily on pretty much everything: on pasta, on raw veggies, on cooked veggies, or alone with bread.

I use sunflower seed oil for cooking, only.

I buy our best olive oil ( for salads etc ) at our favorite wine shop Malambo on Guatemala. Good wine = good olive oil.
