Historic tram experience event held in Buenos Aires

I see this tram running every Saturday and Sunday and families lining up for the free "experience". I guess we have to ride the tram at least once (I did).
 
I have ridden on it, and keep meaning to do it again.
Its a really pretty neighborhood, and has great art noveau and deco buildings, just right for a leisurely 10 kmh trip around a few blocks.
