hotel suggestions in rosario

can anyone recommend a decent hotel in central rosario for approx $200 pesos double?
must be central as we have no car

Savoy Rosario. Between the hotel's beauty, amenities, location, and price, there is absolutely no reason to stay elsewhere. You can read my review on another popular travel forum.

i agree the hotel is great Ive stayed there befoe but they want almost $400 per night

Really? When we stayed just two months ago, it was $57 USD a night, and that was the weekend rate! I suppose not too many people visit in January, when it's a blazing 38 degrees outside
