We are moving back and we have a Nordelta 4br 2bath house inside Nordelta within one of the gated barrios. I have paid 1 years rent up front and have 6 months remaining. It’s not the perfect spotless property but good. Rent will be USD 750 plus expensas which are 680k. There’s a big private garden with a pool. Private parking space. Barrio has tennis courts, gym, restaurant, clubhouse, paddle and football courts. If you want to you can continue after the contract ends in 6 months can be done so on a separate agreement with the landlord. I want to terminate the contract amicably with the LL. could be furnished until mid November should you need it furnished. All rooms have built in wardrobes and a maids room with its own bathroom. New asado.
