House Sitter and Translator Wanted

Hello, Can anyone recommend a House Sitter and translator? I have an apartment in San Telmo and plan on selling it next year. I would like a dependable (honest) person who can manage the house while it is empty. I would also like to have someone that can translate. They don't have to be American. I would pay by giving free room and board and pay for time that might require for travel around town and translating with accountants or potential buyers.
