Housing In Buenos Aires?

I'm coming to BA in February to teach English. The school is in the heart of Buenos Aires I have my work visa and a job, but I having a really REALLY hard time finding a space to live. Ideally, I'd love a house share situation, a community living space with like-minded individuals.
Does anyone have any suggestions on finding legitimate places to live?

Check the real estate part of the classifieds in the forum. There are many places to rent.

Hi Leena, for shared housing, I would try Couchsurfing, the Buenos Aires forum has a sub-group for housing and it is quite active for people who are looking for shared houses. CompartoDepto is another site you should try, and also Craigslist. The large real estate agencies have temporary rentals as well, but usually never shared, and they take commission.
