How Is The Area Around...san Telmo/constitucion?

Seriously? Aren't you the same guy who asked about Rivadavia and Jean Juares a while ago. Its the same.

This part is ok. I live a couple of blocks from there and have been worrying that the area is going to get too posh. Moreno lives near and suddenly security cameras have been installed and all the pavements fixed. There are all these new restaurants and cafes popping up. One of the top restaurants specialising in molecular cuisine, Aramburu, is a block from where you mentioned, and Mr. Aramburu has bought two more properties, one of them is another larger, restaurant which is almost ready to open.
Part of the improvement is that we have a big UBA sede and also UADE nearby....

I live in Congreso on Av. de Mayo which is about 10 blocks from this location. Once you start heading south on Lima the neighborhood changes and even more so after you cross Av. Belgrano. I can see improvements, however it is far from being posh. I wouldn't live there if I was a single female or someone who came home late at night. During the day security is not really an issue because there is a lot of activity with thousands of students from the UADE University campus. But at night and on the weekends there are few people on the streets and it's somewhat deserted. This is probably a good area to invest in if you are thinking about a 5-10 year investment properties will certainly increase in value but in terms of living there it may be for some people who have a pioneer spirit but not everybody will like it. There are still some blocks that are awful and some are very nice. Go and visit the area during the day, on a weekend and at night - then make up your mind.

You probably don't know who Moreno is. Guillermo Moreno is the Secretary of Commerce. He lives on Salta Street at 1900.
He is basically a clown in a suit and tie. A totally ridiculous person, a complete ass*ole. A travesty of mankind.
