Fair enough, I asked the boss today and she said, no, we don't receive a separate water bill, it's included in the expensas (I was looking for things to discount against my monotributo). It may depend on the legal form of your property.

Some landlords include Electric, ABL, and AYSA in the monthly Expensas bill, however they receive bills for the usage of services.

AySA has been privatized and cuts in service are now allowed for nonpayment. A new owner in the building told me about the change in the law, so the consorcio could face living without water. The monthly bill has been ignored by several administrators who are under control by a resident/non-owner for years. Our debt is over six and a half million pesos.

The government published the DNU that allows the sale of shares of AySA and the income of private capital in the company.
