How to block Movistar promotions?

Does anyone know how to opt-out or block the promotional text messages that seem to come almost every day from Movistar? They are so annoying...

I would imagine if you went to their office maybe they can stop it. They signed us up for some news crap that sent me 5-10 texts a day and we went it and they took care of it.

tell them you want to opt out on their Facebook wall. They will send you a message back within 5-10 minutes saying its done and delete the message

I think texting "Baja" to the number that sent you the promo will do the trick.
